Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Anton-Paar DPRn 4122 SF parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Areo-motive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Smith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Arcom product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Areo-motive such as the T3W7020R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E271SCE manufactured by Smith and we are pleased to be able to service most Smith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SC88T by Manufacturer Arcom as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Aptech Brand AP3571SM2PWFV4MV4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Arch-Genstream such as 29B0137 equipment made by Arch-Genstream have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8200522A by Apple and 29B0137 spares by Arch-Genstream are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P315HDB25 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Api-Controls.
